Driving instructors

Driving instructors teach people how to drive safely. They also help them to develop the skills they need to pass their driving test. If you love driving and like helping people to develop new skills, this could be just the job you’re looking for.

To do this job, you’ll need to have patience and good people skills. You’ll need a calm and clear approach to your teaching and the ability to give constructive advice to your clients.

Your first step to becoming an instructor is to register with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) to apply for training as an approved driving instructor (ADI). You must meet several eligibility criteria and be aged 21 or over to register.

At Good To Go Driving school, we welcome male and female with manual or automatic car who are willing to step out and embrace a rewarding new career in teaching people how to drive.

For further information, please send your CV and interest to entait@goodtogodriving.co.uk. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
